Life after Tree House

After careful discussions between the parties concerned, agreement has been reached for the handover of the Tree House premises in the grounds of Audlem St James' School to ABC Childcare to ensure that childcare facilities will continue to be provided after Tree House closes in the Summer.

Tree House Trustees

Following the announcement in April of the impending closure of Audlem Tree House, the Trustees of the Tree House Charity are delighted to be able to announce agreement between the Charity, Audlem St James' School Governors, Cheshire East and ABC Childcare, whereby the latter will be able to make use of the old Tree House premises in their provision of childcare for 2-11 year-olds.

This provision goes far beyond what Tree House itself could ever hope to provide and the Trustees would like to wish ABC Childcare and the parents and children at Audlem St James' every success with the venture.

Following confirmation of the closure of Tree House at the end of this summer term, the governors of Audlem St James Primary school would like to extend their grateful thanks to all who have contributed to the work of Tree House over many years providing play school and after school club for the families of Audlem and district.

The governors would also like to acknowledge the commitment of those original fundraisers and donors from the community who made it possible for the then Audlem Play school to have its own building.

Consequently they are delighted that an agreement has been reached between Tree House and ABC Childcare Services for them to take over the building and provide a variety of services for children and families from September.
