Last chance saloon for Plaques

APHAx now has sponsors for 206 Plaques to be mounted in the entrance passage between the new Annexe and the Hall. There is still room for a few more.

August 31st Deadline

If you have not yet submitted your Plaque sponsorship, there is still time – we will have to close the books on August 31st, to allow time for the Plaques to be produced and mounted on the Sponsor's Wall ready for the Grand Opening of the Annexe, expected some time in November or December.

There are some forms at Williams' newsagents, or you can download a form (2 pages) using the links below the photo.

Please complete the form (including the Gift Aid bit if appropriate) and give it with cheque or cash to any member of the APHAx team or post it through my door at 27 Cheshire Street. We are asking for a minimum contribution of £25 for each plaque, although you are welcome to contribute as much more than that as you like!
