There are a few places left for ladies and gents at our Exercise to Music – Keep Fitness sessions on Wednesdays at 2.30 pm

Lots of fun, popular music from the 60s, 70s and 80s.

PILATES classes commence at 1.20 pm – for an hour – please bring a mat. Ideal for BEGINNERS and ALL AGES WELCOME.

Both classes are PAY AS YOU GO.
