Is there a ghost in the Public Hall?

At the last Public Hall Management Committee meeting, members were intrigued to hear from Olive and Geoff Stretch that they believe that there is a ghost in the Hall.

Geoff said that he has seen the ghost, which wears a flat cap, on more than one occasion when he and Olive have been cleaning the Hall late at night. He thinks that the ghost is friendly, although Olive isn't too sure. Friendly or not, it doesn't help with the cleaning!
