Hula hooping has arrived in Audlem!!

This form of exercise is a great aerobic workout and keeps your abs engaged the whole time, which is great to shed fat and get a flat tummy.

One of Claire's missions is to share the love for hula with as many people as possible.

How?

She will teach you the fundamentals how to waist hoop.

Plus, teaching different tricks to vary the workout to ensure you are working on other muscles groups and achieve different moves.

This is not your ordinary exercise class. Here you get to learn things that are not taught in any other exercise class. Each

class has a combination of cardio, toning, learning new tricks. There is great music and the opportunity to express yourself through dance if that's your thing. You get to meet new people, have fun and the most important get fit

The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels

Fridays 9.30-10.30pm in the Scout & Guide Hall

£5 per session

All you need is your mat as Claire provides the hoops
