Hula hooping!!!!
This form of exercise is a great aerobic workout and keeps your abs engaged the whole time, which is great to shed fat and get a flat stomach.
So the Benefits are endless...
Hooping in your natural direction & your reverse direction is an excellent opportunity for your brain to engage both your dominant & non-dominant side while guaranteeing your body balance.
One of my missions is to share my love for hula with as many people as possible.
I will teach you the fundamentals how to waist hoop. However I will vary the class too.... teaching tricks to vary the workout to ensure you are working on other muscles groups and achieve different moves. Then we will put a mini routine together to incorporate the moves you've learned.
This is not your ordinary exercise class. Here you get to learn things that are not taught in any other exercise class. Each class has a combination of cardio, toning, learning new tricks. There is great music and the opportunity to express yourself through dance if that's your thing. You get to meet new people, have fun and the most important get fit.
The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. I hope you will join me to spread the hula love
Class is in Audlem Scouts and Guide Hall on Fridays at 9.30am, £5 per session
