A reminder that Bill Pearson is to give his talk to Audlem District History Society on 'Food and Farming in South Cheshire around WW1' this evening, Thursday 21st April, at 7.30pm.
He has researched the subject extensively using newspaper cuttings and local knowledge. It combines his interests in history and food – he writes a blog on Good Food Shops and was formerly working at Reaseheath College.
All welcome, visitors £3 except for full time students and under 16s who are free.
The talk is in the Scout and Guide hall, Cheshire Street.
