History Society meets tonight to hear about Chester Amphitheatre

There should be a fascinating evening in store tonight when the Audlem History Society hears Dan Garner talking on "The Excavation of Chester Amphitheatre". Any who have seen the television programmes or newspaper reports on the work in Chester will know that there has been some amazing work and important discoveries. The meeting starts at 7.45pm and is in the Scout & Guide Hall in Cheshire Street. Visitors are always welcome.
