Hankelow's role in Transport Festival

Thousands may watch and enjoy the parade of vehicles through Audlem but fewer see the role that neighbouring Hankelow plays in this great event.

Our thanks to Peter Oxley who popped up the road to Hankelow yesterday morning to see the vehicles arriving and parking up on the marked out Green there before setting out in parade order from 11.00am.

It also helps to show the huge amount of work by ASET and local volunteers in both Audlem and Hankelow to ensure all goes smoothly.
