FIREWALK

A FIREWALK in aid of that wonderful Hospice, St Luke's is to be held at the Bridge Inn on the 19th of November, but I felt we should give very early notice to what could be truly a first for Audlem -- and raise the much needed funds for St Luke's.

The plan is that it will take place at The Bridge Inn with the very full support of Vicky and Gary, our very community minded hosts.

At 5pm, before the walk, each participant will attend a full briefing and training, by a seasoned professional in the person of Cliff Mann. Then we walk on the hot coals -- about 5 seconds tops – at 800 degrees Fahrenheit (426 Centigrade).

I will be doing the walk, and Gary has agreed to do it. I hope we will have a great turn out. Full details later in the year as to registration and fund raising with your sponsors etc.

Yet another marvellous facet to the diamond that is Audlem.
