Join us for an informal pre-Christmas event at Reaseheath College in the Main Hall on Wednesday 20th December 2017 from 9.30am to 12pm to find out about the range of support and grant funding opportunities available to businesses located in the rural Cheshire & Warrington LEP area.

A range of support is available for projects that improve and promote strong rural economic growth:

  • Farm Productivity
  • Food Processing.
  • Rural Tourism.
  • Tourism Infrastructure.
  • Rural Services
  • Farm Diversification & micro/small Enterprises.
  • Cultural Heritage.
  • Forestry Production.
  • Business Development including manufacturing
  • Adding value to Agri-food
  • Water Resource Management

Speakers

Rural Payments Agency, who will discuss the RDPE Growth Programme calls currently open across Cheshire and Warrington and provide an overview of the RDPE Countryside Productivity Scheme covering grants for Water Resource Management (including farm reservoirs), Improving Forestry Productivity, Improving Farm Productivity and Adding Value to Agri-food.

Also presenting is Mandy Sibthorpe from Cheshire LEADER Programme, who will tell you about the unique source of funding for rural areas provided by this programme.

Following the short presentations there will be workshops on the application process and an opportunity to ask questions specific to your project.
