The Audlem RNLI Festival continues today and promises even more fun for all of the family from 10.00am. All are very welcome.

Hosted by award winning Overwater Marina (THYA Inland Marina of 2015) located just a mile from Audlem on the Shropshire Union Canal.

Sunday starts with the Lincoln County Regulators (who also performed last night) with their Settlers' Re-Enactment closely followed by a duck race and our now famous raft race!

"That Vet off the Telly", Steve Leonard of Leonard Brothers Veterinary Practice, will return to run and judge our fun dog show and the day will conclude with the Final Shootout Showdown from our cowboys.

There really is something for everyone during the event including tractor and trailer rides; birds of prey; paint balling; treasure hunt; hair braiding and hula hooping as well as tombola, raffle and colouring competitions and even the opportunity to be a lifeguard for a day in full costume with real life equipment.

Cheshire Cat Narrowboat Hire, Boat Finder Brokerage, Top Notch Boat Company and BCMB Boat Management will all be available for information on hiring, owning, or owning a share in a canal boat.

Rodney Cottrell, event organiser ,says "We are so pleased to be able to have an annual event to bring all these people together in such a wonderful environment. I hope it raises loads of money for the RNLI so they can carry on their valuable job of saving lives."

Over the last four years the Audlem Lass Boat Service, with the assistance of Overwater Marina, have raised over £16,000 for the RNLI and look forward to raising even more at this exciting event.
