France 5 in the Lord Combermere

Where would you go if you wanted to find out more about our great village? The Lord Combermere, of course, and so that is where French TV went to get to know residents views on Brexit.

The company were in the UK filming material for a programme on UK railways – and what more appropriate than Crewe!

However, they also took the opportunity to film a feature for the programme "C'est dans l'air" about local views on Brexit. They had spent some time in the day obtaining the views of the local farming community and were keen to speak to people in the Lord Combermere before they were off back to London.

Not quite sure when the programme will be aired but we will let you know when we hear.
