It's All Systems Go At The Flower Divas

Well we have seen off January, Christmas is a dim and distant memory, Valentine's Day is nearly upon us and Mothering Sunday is looming on the horizon. Enough to keep us on our toes and out of mischief you would think? However, we have been busy working away behind the scenes and our new 1st Floor Showroom/ Flower school room is almost ready to open for business.

This has been a long time coming especially with us having been in our new home for just short of twelve months, our plans for expansion were put on hold last year due in the main to a very busy wedding season of 2015, not to mention structural and building issues. However we are nearly there and, as the last sheet of wallpaper is hung, the last wall is painted and carpets chosen, we are very excited about sharing our plans for our new 'space'.

As well as a dedicated space for Wedding and Funeral consultations we are re-launching our popular Flower School. We will be running one off workshops as we have done in the past but also due to popular demand and feedback from you, our customers, we will be running short 6 week evening classes of 2 hours per week.

Our first course is planned to start on Wednesday 27th April 2016 and we will cover a range of designs and styles both traditional and contemporary over the course of the six weeks. The first course will focus on spring and early summer designs and flowers of the season, with some flexibility to cover specific areas or techniques students may wish to learn.

Places will be limited so if you are interested please pop into the shop or call us on 01270 812434 or email to theflowersdivas@mail.com
