The Festival of Transport

It is now the countdown to the annual Festival of Transport, taking place on Sunday 30th July, with over 300 vehicles congregating at Hankelow Green before parading through the village to Audlem Playing Field.

This year we have even more attractions for this free family day out.

• Reasheath College are providing a simulator for those of you, young and old, to test your skills.
• Pinxton Puppets will be back by public demand.
• Camper Cakes will provide afternoon tea and cake.
• French Connection with their famous crepes and fresh sandwiches.
• Hot Potatoes stall wIth a variety of fillings.
• Ford Hall Farm with their organic burgers.
• Delicious Snugbury's Ice cream.

Also this year we have live music from Moonlight Serenade delivering a flavour of Glen Miller swing to the event.

Free programmes will be available on the day and following your suggestions this year there will be a few seats to rest any weary legs and take in the atmosphere.

Audlem Special Events Team is a not for profit organisation run entirely by volunteers dedicated to making Audlem a vibrant village.
