This advice has been received by the Public Hall from Rhino Safety,
The requirement to wear face coverings in certain locations has been expanded; it is important to note that this applies to members of the public in these locations, not employees within their own workplace. However, if your workplace falls under the expanded categories and you have members of the public visiting your premises, you will need to require them to wear a face covering at all times that they are in your premises. This is a mandatory requirement, and is enforceable by the relevant authorities.
From 8 August the places where you will have to wear a face covering will be expanded to include:
Members of the public visiting these premises must wear a face covering immediately before entering any of these settings and must keep it on until they leave.
Please note that the above list specifically includes members of the public in the Public Hall (Town Hall and Annexe). Hall Committee members and volunteers are apparently not obliged to wear face coverings in the Hall, but it might still be a good idea when dealing with members of the public in the Hall.
