Ed: We received this from a local resident obviously frustrated at continuing dog owner behaviour
A disappointing example of anti-social dog owner behaviour: poo bag left by the side of the road in Monk's Lane, on Friday. On my daily walk, I've seen an increasing number of these bags left for the dog poo fairy to collect.
