Defibrillator training wanted

AudlemOnline has received the following message which, hopefully, will lead to appropriate training.

I'm writing to you regarding the opportunity to be a volunteer trained in providing defibrillator care when needed throughout the village.

As a local resident whose grandfather suffered three heart attacks, I appreciate the importance of rapid response and understand how valuable it can be in saving one's life.

Consequently I would be grateful to have the opportunity to be able to provide this care should it ever prove necessary. Is there any way I could go about receiving the relevant training for this?
