Crib and Communion services today

A reminder that this afternoon, Christmas Eve at 4.00pm, it is the popular Crib Service at St James' Church.

Adrian Leighton adds: "If you have not attended this all inclusive service before, then why not come along this year. For the children, it gives them something else to think about and experience, at a time when anticipation of other things might just be reaching boiling point!"

At 7.30pm, there is a Christmas Eve Service at Hankelow Methodist Church, a mid-evening Christmas Eve communion service (for those who can't do midnight).

Adrian adds: "At 11.15pm tonight, it is the First Communion of Christmas, in St James Church (sometimes called Midnight Mass) which combines that atmospheric sense of the hour and a very personal experience of the Christmas event.
