Children Need High Viz Clothing at Night

We had this message from Nikki Pascall concerned about the potentially dangerous activities of young road users in the village

Please could you post a reminder about children /teenagers wearing some high viz/reflective clothing when out on scooters in the dark,Monday night I nearly knocked one off (shook me up) he shot out of nowhere scooting in the road close to the coop.

He was scooting on the main road wearing just black clothing ( he'll be lucky to see Xmas if he keeps it up).

I nearly went into him as he shot out from the side of a parked car and it's not the first time either for this child. I'm very concerned that a less cautious driver than me would not notice him!
