Charity Shop Garden Party

As a huge thank you , a garden party was held on Wednesday at Buerton House in glorious sunshine .

The photo shows a few of those who dedicate much free time to running our own charity shop here that raises about £30,000 each year for very well deserving and local chariities .

The tables here were groaning under the weight of many fine cucumber, cheese and ham sandwiches. Plus a welter of fine cakes and scones. All prepared and baked by the ladies themselves All washed down with tea , coffee served in fine china cups

• and very welcome cold Pimms cocktails .
