On Saturday 15th March Audlem has the chance to hear the East Midlands Youth Jazz Orchestra play as the local NSPCC branch has booked them to play for a fundraising dinner and dance at the Public Hall.

The evening's entertainment is due to start at 7.30 pm and promises to be something special. EMYJO is a versatile band of young musicians who have recently received two "Outstanding Services to Jazz Education Awards" from the International Association of Jazz Educators. They are based in the East Midlands but have played as far afield as Bruges and Toronto – and now Audlem!

The event which is being sponsored by Muller Property Holdings Ltd, offers a two-course meal, a raffle and a licensed bar. At £15 a head tickets are going fast but there are still some remaining, so to be sure you don't miss what promises to be a great evening, phone 01270 811647 now to reserve your ticket. And remember, by buying a ticket, you are supporting the NSPCC as all proceeds from the night will go to the charity.
