Do you help care for your husband, wife, partner or child?
Do you help a friend or relative with shopping or other tasks?
If so, you are a carer...
ADCA (Audlem and District Community Action) are sponsoring a special series of presentations by the Cheshire East Carers' Hub in the Thornton Lounge of the Public Hall Annexe, starting on Wednesday 19th June between 1pm and 4pm and running for five weeks.
When you're caring for someone it can be difficult to get time to take care of yourself but looking after your own health and well-being will benefit you and the person you're caring for.
Booking on a Carers' Wellbeing Programme will help you to improve your health and wellbeing, help you to care with confidence, know where to get support when required and be able to care for as long as you feel able.
Call Nicola Haworth on 01270 758120 to book a place, or call into the medical practice.
