Buerton Neighbourhood Plan progress

The Neighbourhood Plan for Buerton now approaches its last hurdle, as it proceeds to the referendum stage.

At the recent Cheshire East Housing and Planning meeting, the following resolution was passed

"That approval be given to the Examiner's recommendations to make modifications to the Buerton Neighbourhood Development Plan, as set out in the Examiner's report attached as Appendix 1 of the report, and it be confirmed that it will now proceed to referendum in the Buerton Neighbourhood Plan area."

The likely date of the referendum is November 23rd.
