Audlem Online's February Vote Poll on whether there are too many fireworks displays in Audlem was a close race through the whole month. The fireworks fans eventually came out on top, but only just, by 79 votes to 73. The result has been noted by the Parish Council, ADAS and ASET who are all involved in arranging the New Year's Eve fireworks.

This month's Vote Poll looks as if it could be equally close. The Parish Council wants to know if you want an additional wheelie bin for material that can be composted. The Council is considering applying for a licence and planning permission for a central composting site on the Common Land in Longhill Lane. Before proceeding, however, your views are being sought on whether, as an alternative, you would prefer brown wheelie bins and have the compost material taken away, as with the black, silver and green (newspaper) bins. Cast your vote now and you can check out the result, and the votes in all previous polls, by clicking on 'View Results' under the 'Vote Now' box.
