Civitas Planning Limited, a planning consultancy company, have submitted a planning application to Cheshire East Council to convert the Brookfield Golf Club into a large domestic dwelling with four bedrooms with en-suites and dressing rooms on the upper floor and kitchen / dining area and lounge on the lower floor.
Extensions to the building are proposed to accommodate the new internal layout and garages and a formal garden on the existing car park.
It is proposed to convert the existing driving range into an office block with two large open plan offices and an extended front and car parking for up to ten cars.
