This year our students have continued to do really well. Over 50% of our entries received a grade of A*, A or B whilst 75% gained A* to C grades.
Once again destinations for the students are both appropriate and challenging and we wish them well in their future studies, Apprenticeships or careers.

Headteacher, Andrew Cliffe, further commented: 'We are delighted that students, supported by their families and teachers, have done so well this year. In the light of so many changes to 'A' levels, and in some subjects, with very little guidance from the examination boards and no past papers, students have done incredibly well. On top of OFSTED's outstanding designation for BL6 it rounds off a very good year.'

Some subject areas deserve a specific mention with Art, Textiles, Government and Politics, Sociology, Law, Further Maths and the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) all achieving at least 75% of students gaining a B, A or A* grade.

Notable successes include Ryan Kenyon, Fergal Madden and Miriam Karim who all achieved at least 3 top grades (A"> at A level. As ever it is not just those who achieved the highest success who deserve praise but also those who performed beyond expectation such as Grace Finneren, Zoe Shufflebotham, Connor Riddell, Lois Blakeman and Luke Burns.
