BRINE LEAS STUDENTS ENJOY ANOTHER RECORD BREAKING YEAR!
Students from Brine Leas school are celebrating A level success once again. In only the second year of A level teaching results have improved from 2012 with many students exceeding expectations.
The headline results, up on last year's validated results are excellent; in summary 55% of students achieved A* to B with 79% gaining A* to C. The average total point score per student rose to 791.
Andrew Cliffe, Headteacher, commented, "I would like to congratulate all students on their examination results. There is huge pressure on young people today to succeed and by working in partnership with teachers and families our students have done exceptionally well. BL6 students are going on to some fantastic universities as well as taking up job offers or apprenticeships."
