Audlem may have its very own Festival at the end of May but, in the meantime, there's plenty of local musical talent appearing at the Nantwich Jazz & Blues Festival over Easter.

Soul Conspiracy, which features local artists Johnny Miller and John Gunstone, is playing on the Square from 11.00am until 3.00pm on the Easter Saturday. The Val Warner Band, which also features John Gunstone as well as, of course, local resident Val, is playing at Curshaws on the Sunday from 3-5pm. At the same time on the Sunday, but at Nakatchka, the Duffey Boys are playing. This is a complete Audlem Band with Pete Marshall & Ian Haughey, who played as a duo last year, but are now joined by George Marshall on drums and Jack Marshall (guitarist and singer with young legends The Defense) on bass.

On the Monday evening in the Civic Hall, Big Blue House, again featuring John Gunstone – who is clearly in for a busy weekend on keyboards – is the supporting band for one of the country's great music acts, King Pleasure & the Biscuit Boys. Big Blue House are always a big hit when they play any of Audlem's venues. Add on King Pleasure and it should be quite a night.
