It's the inaugural concert tonight, Good Friday, March 21st at 7.30pm of Audlem Voices. They are performing Stainer's Crucifixion in St James' Church, Audlem. They have an excellent organist, John Axon, who will accompany the choir with two very good male soloists and it should be a very good evening.

There will be no charge but there will be a chance for you to give a small donation which will help to buy new music, pay the soloists, rehearsal rooms, etc.

The choir will continue after the Easter break when there will be a selection of different kinds of music to suit all tastes. The rehearsals will start on April 8th in St James' Church at 7.30pm and the choir would be delighted to receive new members. Please contact Jenny Collis-Smith (Musical Director) on 01270 811469 for information.
