Sunday evening in St. James saw a full church to hear a varied and well
presented programme from Audlem Voices , our local mixed choir led by
Musical Director, Jenny Collis-Smith.

The choir now has a growing repertoire of music which ranges from the sacred to the sublime. HIghlights included 'You Raised My Up' and 'Eriskay Love Lilt'. Four female soloists from the choir also excelled as did a quartet who sang the William Tell Overture to much applause.

A medley from 'Oliver' had the audience singing along and the concert ended with a moving rendition of the Welsh hymn tune, 'Morte Criste'.
