Vehicles arrive at Hankelow for Transport Festival

Vehicles of all shapes and sizes were lining up in Hankelow this morning ready for today's Festival of Transport parade.

Today's Festival of Transport will not only see the gathering of some amazing vehicles of sizes and ages to delight the young to the old, the novice to the enthusiast, but there will also be stalls, rides, food and even a puppet show to entertain the crowds.

The parade from Hankelow will begin at noon reaching the streets of Audlem about 20 minutes to half an hour later. Please support this fantastic procession by lining the streets and joining together on Audlem Playing field afterwards.

Pinxton puppets will be there with their own vintage looking vehicle to entertain the whole family with performances on the hour from 1.00pm.

Add to this the helicopter, charity stalls, fair ground rides for the little ones and ice cream, it's a great day out for the whole family. And it's FREE ENTRY!
