Audlem PC seeks tenders for Turnpike

Audlem Parish Council's Turnpike Field Working Group

is seeking tenders from individuals/companies to undertake the preparation of final design drawings of the proposed new Green Car Park, access road and a suitable safe 24hour entrance that will freely allow the passage of cars only. Vehicles other than cars will have to book an access time via the parish Clerk or via a member of the Turnpike Field Working Group.

The appointed person(s) will have to be conversant with and used to working with AutoCAD as existing and future drawings and designs will have to be presented using this software.

The bulk of the design will require a comprehensive knowledge of ground works, local and national highways requirements and local authority planning requirements. In addition to providing the designs both for issuing to potential contractors and for the submissions to the local authority planners, it is anticipated that successful candidate(s) will be working closely with members of the Turnpike Field Working Group in preparing and being responsible for the submission to Cheshire East Planners.
