Audlem Historical Modelling Society

Wednesday 14th November

The third meeting of the Audlem Historical Modelling Society will be this Wednesday the 14th November at 7:30pm at the Baptist Church. We are very fortunate to have Jeremy Nicholls, the Chair of Audlem History Society, come and speak to us and show us photos of the railway from his extensive collection.

Jeremy was in Audlem in the years immediately prior to the station's closure so this promises to really help us with our research prior to starting construction of the model.

Anyone is welcome to come and hear Jeremy's talk. Maybe there is an AOL reader who has his or her own recollection of using the station, perhaps to travel to school. We would love to hear your story and you would also be most welcome on Wednesday. If you can't make it to the meeting but would like to pass on your story please contact Alan on 811868.
