Audlem Guides Cake Sale Fundraiser

Further to our advert on Sunday for the Girl Guide cake sale I would like to update readers as to how the sale went.

First Audlem Guides Isobel, Liberty and Christina had a tremendous fund raising effort on Sunday.

As part of their "Go for It" challenge the girls organised and promoted a bake sale under the Butter Market. They produced a tasty array of cakes and biscuits, decorated their stall and also ran a Guess the Number of Sweets in the Jar competition.

They raised over £140 which they are sending to Children in Need.

This is just one of the fundraising events being performed by all the patrols of First Audlem Guides. The lucky winner of sweets in the jar was Cynthia Murray- well done Cynthia and well done girls!
