(The website link that was here no longer works) Tonight the Audlem Arts & Music Festival gets underway. Friday's top bill is in the Public Hall where The Sean Webster Band, described as British Blues hottest young talent and an extraordinary guitarist, singer and song writer, is playing. Sean Webster has just released a new album which will feature in his set. Big Blue House are also on the bill so it will be a great night of music. Tickets are just £8 – they are available on the door or by telephone 01270 812834 or 07813 820157 or 07821 614782. Doors open at 8.15pm and Big Blue House are on stage at 9.00pm.

Bands are playing in the pubs too with local favourites Rockin Horse at the Shroppie Fly and David Bristow is playing at the Lord Combermere. David plays relaxed acoustic blues and is an exceptional talent.
