A reminder that anyone wishing to apply for financial assistance through the Audlem Education Foundation, please have your forms in by Tuesday before the next meeting of the AEF Wednesday 19th February 2019

You will need to use the new application form (with permission tick boxes).The new application forms are available from Local schools & colleges or use the pdf link beneath the picture.

Copies of receipts and/or validated proof of the expenditure (school/college stamp etc.) are required to be attached/displayed on to the application form.

Applications are only considered for completed educational trips (minimum duration 2 days), completed purchases and/or after commencing a higher educational course/ apprenticeship.

Applications are NOT means tested, but applicants must live within the Audlem Ward boundary. Applications are assessed on a case by case basis, in accordance with the Fund's the criteria & rules. Please note this is an educational & elite sporting fund (county level or above)- not a hardship, nor recreation fund. It does not cover private tuition, club subscriptions, general educational consumables (pens, paper etc) or transport costs – for further guidance please speak to the Clerk

Completed forms may be dropped into Williams Newsagents, as long as they are enclosed in a sealed envelope, & addressed appropriately. Alternatively, the postal address for applications is: Judy Evans, 1 Shropshire St., Audlem, Cheshire CW3 0AE.
