Audlem Community Gym – subs refunds

The Gym committee has been considering what best to do about subs, annual or monthly, that have been paid by members covering the period when the gym is closed due to the pandemic.

Obviously, as yet we don't know when and to what extent we may be able to open the Gym again, and clearly there are various possible scenarios involving only using a selection of the machines and/or limiting the number of members allowed in the gym at any one time.

Until then we will deal with the issue of subs as best we can – there is a full statement of the current situation here.

In general terms

• Members who pay subs annually – we will simply credit annual members with the number of months' of closure, and adjust their renewal date accordingly.
• Members who pay monthly – we ask members who pay monthly to stop the regular bank payments for the time being, hoping to restart them in due course. The full document tells you how to apply for a refund for the monthly payments that have been made while the gym is closed.
