The final arrangements are being made. Stalls being booked, when so many good causes supporting a wide range of charities enjoy the best day of raising funds – plus all the Fun of the traditional Fair with lots of candy floss and hot dogs.

The Nantwich District Band will be playing on the day along with the Air Cadets giving a display. We will have a visit by a band of the Real Morris Dancers – bells a jangling. Tasty Hog Roast and Yarwoods delicious ice cream to tempt the palate.

This year's Carnival Queen has been chosen by the pupils at St James' School. She is Daisy Poole along with her two princesses – Molly Lancaster and Harlie Jewell.

The Queen will be crowned on the day and then the three happy girls will be driven around the village and then pay a visit to Corbrook to the delight of the residents there.

A very happy family day – all totally free. Come along and try to beat the Goalie and enjoy the refreshments in the hall – this year provided by Hankelow Amenities in aid of their drive for funds for MacMillan Nursing.
