Apple Pressing

ADAPT APPLE PRESSING!

Held under the Butter Market on Saturday 22nd September, between 12.00 and 2.00pm, last pressing at 1.45. Also Sunday 23rd September, between 2.00-4.00pm, last pressing 3.45. This is a great facility for the village to turn apples into lovely apple juice, which can be either drunk right away, sterilised, frozen, or even turned into wine or cider! Bring your apples along either chopped, frozen and defrosted or just windfalls or just off the tree. We will process them and put the juice into the bottles you have brought along.

There is no charge for pressing apples,

but you may be asked to help! If you have apples or juice that you can't use you can donate to ADAPT food group, we will use the juice at our Home Made Christmas where we make hot spiced apple juice for everyone to try.

If you need any more information come and have a chat with us at either the Saturday stall or one of the apple pressings.
