Apologies: Server Upgrade

Apologies if you tried to access AudlemOnline unsuccessfully earlier this evening. This was due to a server upgrade.

This upgrade had to be postponed from its original date of April 1st – was this because nobody believed our announcement that day, we wonder!

The work took place from 5.00pm this evening and was completed within the hour, with access to the websites and services affected fully restored – at least we hope so.

ThenMedia, the Audlem company that looks after the technical operations of AudlemOnline, always try and perform upgrades and maintenance without having to restrict access to our servers, but with this particular upgrade a temporary shutdown was necessary.
