Another Scam Warning

Please find below the latest scam to come my way supposedly from the Home Office. Apart from the poor word spacing 'at the date and time started below' of particular note is the fact that the contact telephone number is "temporarily unavailable".

These scammers really must try harder. As with anything like this demand, when I receive one, it is always reported and consigned to the delete bin straight away.

Scam Email reads:-

If you do not respond before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the date of service of this notice a charge certificate may be issued which would increase the penalty charge to £50.96 GBP.

Failure to then pay the increased penalty charge may result in the outstanding balance being registered as a debt in the County Court

You have 14 days beginning with the date of service of this notice to pay the discounted penalty charge of £13.24. if this is not paid by 15/10/2020 then the full penalty charge of £26.48 is payable.
