The Pinfold Coffee and Cuisine closes on the 1st November and will be re-opening the week of the 17th November under new management.

We are delighted to announce that we have a new tenant taking over the café at No 11. The new business will be owned and managed by Julie-Ann, who lives locally to Audlem in Wybunbury and is passionate about all things food and drink.

Julie-Ann is no stranger to the café/restaurant trade having grown up in pubs, working as a waitress and then moving on to being chef. She is passionate about customer service having been front of house manager in a number of small restaurants.

In addition she has enjoyed a corporate career as an events manager. Julie-Ann will be supported at weekends by partner Mark, who is a project manager during the week.

Julie-Ann is keen to create an offering to suit the tastes of the village and intends to offer a menu to include both hot and cold dishes, with daily specials. Julie-Ann will be doing some more formal introductions soon.
