A reminder that it is the ADCA (Audlem District Communittee Action) AGM this morning at 10.30am on Friday, 25th September at The Lord Combermere.

ADCA say:

Dear Member/Carer/Volunteer/Supporter/ Staff Member/Trustee,

You are cordially invited to come along to our 4th AGM at the Lord Combermere on Friday, 25th September at 10.30am when we will be celebrating 5 years of ADCA being in existence to provide services to older people in Audlem & District.

We will be reviewing the last year and hearing about good development of our newer services such the Carers' Support Group and the Medical Transport Scheme as well as the continued success of our longer standing services – the Day and Coffee Clubs and Befriending Service.

We continue to be blessed in having such good support and mutual help from everyone who is involved in ADCA. We now have more volunteers, members and supporters such that approaching 200 people are now involved in one way or another. We also have a number of individuals and organisations who support ADCA behind the scenes.

The AGM provides an opportunity to discuss current activities and future challenges for ADCA in the ever changing world of health and social care for charitable organisations like ours.

It's also your chance to contribute ideas about how we can continue to provide effective and relevant services into the future.

Roger Millns
Chairman
