To mis-quote Alexander Graham Bell, "When one (20-week) draw closes, another opens". Well, it does in Audlem at least.
This week sees the final set of winning numbers chosen in the Public Hall's 20-week draw and time is running out for anyone wishing to be in from the start of the ADCA 20-week draw to support the work of Audlem and District Community Action. The first weekly draw in the ADCA fundraiser will take place on Tuesday August 3rd.
The ADCA draw tickets are £10 each and each ticket entitle the buyer to be "in the hat" for all 20 weeks through to mid-December. Each week, three numbers will be drawn and the ticket holders with those numbered tickets will each win £10. There is no limit to the times you can be a £10 winner.
Just before Christmas, the Prize Draw for £250, £100 and £50 respectively will be held, giving three lucky ticket holders a very welcome pre-Christmas cash boost.
Tickets can be obtained from Williams Newsagents and from the ADCA Office at the Public Hall Annexe on Wednesday and Friday mornings (09.00 until noon). Winning numbers will be published periodically on Audlem Online.
ADCA would like to thank everyone who has bought (or will buy) a ticket for the draw, which helps to support its work with the vulnerable and isolated in the Audlem area and also with local carers.
