ADAPT's Eleventh Day of Christmas

On the Eleventh Day of Christmas my true love said to me "Dried AppleRrings dipped in Chocolate"

Ingredients
Eating Apples
Lemon juice
Chocolate

Method
Add lemon juice to cold water (sufficient liquid to cover apples)
Core and slice apple in rings (also peel if preferred)
Add apples to liquid and leave for 10mins
Drain and dry apple rings
Lay out rings on oiled wire rack put in preheated oven 130 C
Cook for 30mi8nsw , turn rings and cook for further 30mins
Turn off oven and leave for 3hours
Dip apple rings in melted chocolate

Use within 2 weeks
