Method
Mix all ingredients well together and form into burger shapes. (You will need to flour your hands for this). Makes approximately 6 burgers, depending on how big you like them!
Heat oil in frying pan and fry burgers approx. 10 minutes each side until cooked. Serve in a bun with salad and relish/ketchup as desired.
