40mph limit for Swanbach coming

We understand work is underway on the legal and other preparations for a new 40mph limit through Swanbach to the south of Audlem on the A529.

As regular readers will recall, there was another accident there a week or so ago, a collision between a car and motorbike, on the difficult access from Bagley Lane on to the A529 Audlem to Market Drayton road.

Advertisements will need to be published as part of the process but we understand the new limit might be installed in a month or so – mid- to late June.
