Founded in 1948 the Audlem Bowling Club has been at the heart of the community for over 75 years.
Today the club has a vibrant membership of nearly 100 members of all ages and abilities.
It fields 13 different teams across various leagues, runs multiple internal competitions and the Green is always available for use by members when not being used for a league game, competition or for maintenance all year round.
Each year our bowling club makes donations to at least two charities. The chosen charities are nominated and voted for by the membership of the club.
For 2024 the two chosen charities are: Parkinsons and Hearing Dogs for the Deaf.
If you would like to join in what is a fun, friendly and welcoming environment then please contact the Club Secretary, Ian Reynolds, at the email address as above.

Audlem Running Group
Meets on Saturdays

Mobile: 07837 030768
Email: matteardley@talktalk.net
We are a group of runners, from beginners to fast runners. We meet on Saturdays, rain or shine, at 8:30 a.m. on the Audlem car park and do a maximum 5 mile (fun)-run around the Audlem countryside and canal towpaths. The activity starts with a 10min warm-up and finishes with another 10min stretch. Participation is fully voluntary. We operate a 'muster' system to cater for all forms of fitness, such that faster runners can run ahead, and at the same time, we leave no one behind !
Hence, if you are a runner, or fancy giving it a go or want to join a group of friends, then come and join us on one of these Saturdays.
