Public Forum – An opportunity for members of public to ask any questions of theWorking Group. This is restricted to a max of 3 minutes per person and 15minutes in total. Members of the public are reminded that the TFWG Code ofConduct for meetings will apply at all times

- Apologies
- Notes of meeting 25th Mar 24 and matters arising not covered elsewhere
- Fields in Trust – There is still an ongoing solicitors review to clarify any contractual issues
- Funding – This will await the conclusion of legal discussions to clarify any contractual issues
- Shropshire Street Pedestrian Entrance – No Progress
- Bridge between fields – we will need to get new prices – SE intends to do this once access becomes more feasible. As reported in the last APC Minutes,
- SE has contacted Canal and River Trust to establish who is responsible for maintenance of the bridge – according to C&RT the responsibility is APC's as the owner. Also a risk and method statement from a competent contractor for driving heavy machinery over the bridge will be required before any work can be carried out regarding the surface of the bridge
- Benches – Bench repairs; ADAS provision of bench – Public Hall bench now in storage will be moved onto the field once NM & SPE get together!
- Pond dipping platform – at the last APC meeting Councillors APPROVED the installation of a pond dipping platform subject to a risk assessment and health and safety assessment – we need suggestions as to how to do this???
- Maintenance
- Trees – The Planning App has been approved and our Clerk has provided Benbow Brothers with a copy to authorise them to begin preparations to start work. Once we have dates we will publicise their activity to the public.
- Environmental Update – Update on the pond survey
- Website inc Memorials, donations, Go Fund Me – no progress
- Bookings –
- Festival of Transport and Party on the Park approved.
- Jeremy Sheldrake was Approved to use the field overnight on the 11th May for guest parking for the celebration event he is holding.
- Can one of you please volunteer to be the point of contact.
- Terms of reference – awaiting new approved version from the Clerk
- Any other business – SE has procured 2 new combination locks. One will be used for bookings so that there is a different combination number. The second will replace the existing one as Judy reported that it was getting a bit difficult to use
